Why This Role
- Own your route: deliver, merchandise, and service accounts on a set daily schedule
- Be the quality champion: perform daily CQC (Cup Quality Check) and keep equipment spotless and operational
- Drive growth: close distribution gaps, run seasonal/LTO promos, and execute pricing actions to increase revenue per stop
- Collaborate: escalate issues quickly to the ASM (Area Sales Manager) and support inventory and warehouse tasks
What You’ll Do
- Deliver, replenish, and rotate coffee, tea, and related products at each account
- Ensure beverage stations meet brand standards and equipment is in good working order
- Complete at least one CQC daily and address quality concerns immediately
- Service every customer on the daily route and complete all required deliveries
- Manage invoices, inventory, and collections while on route
- Spot inefficiencies or dissatisfaction and communicate findings to the ASM during route relief
- Assist with inventory cycle counts, warehouse duties, and customer-related tasks
- Learn basic brewing equipment repairs/adjustments
- Follow The Farmer Brothers Way to Sell; make opportunistic sales calls to boost loyalty
- Help with warehouse operations, A/R collections, and customer service when needed
Schedule & Requirements
- Typical Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm; overtime when needed
- Driving: Valid driver’s license required; ability to pass a DOT physical
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clean driving record
- Customer service experience preferred; foodservice experience a plus
- Route delivery background beneficial

Pay Transparency & Benefits
We practice pay transparency. Base pay is tied to experience and qualifications, and we apply location-based market adjustments. If you work in a higher-cost area, a geographic premium may apply. Your specific pay will be discussed based on work location during the hiring process.
