About the Role

The Gainey Agency is seeking a Client Protection Sales Representative to help individuals and families understand their options for life insurance and financial protection.

In this role, you'll connect with prospective clients, learn about their individual circumstances, explain available solutions, and assist them through the application process. Representatives receive training and ongoing support as they develop their sales and client-service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients through scheduled phone and virtual appointments

• Ask questions to understand client needs and goals

• Explain insurance products in a clear and professional manner

• Help clients compare available coverage options

• Guide clients through the application process

• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective clients

• Keep client information and activity organized

• Attend team meetings, training, and coaching sessions

• Build professional relationships with clients and team members

Insurance or sales experience is not required. Training and guidance are provided.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based position. Compensation is tied to successfully placed business and individual sales performance.
