We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team.
As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities include and may not be limited to:
- Deal effectively, promptly and respectfully with a wide variety of individuals in person, via telephone and in writing.
- Perform with attention to detail
- Work independently to resolve practical problems
- Work well under deadline, despite interruptions
- Maintain merchandise inventory
- Be a back up to HR Manager
- managing correspondence
- Ordering office supplies
- scheduling appointments
- Maintaining office equipment
Skills:
- Proficiency with multi-tasking
- Ability to prioritize activities on a daily basis to accomplish tasks and goals with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong computer skills, including email and internet usage
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
- Prior office experience is preferred but not always required, especially for entry-level positions.
Job Type:
- Part Time (20 Hours a week)
- Pay: $19/HR
