Ocean Export Agent

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Ocean Export Agent to join our dynamic team in Grand Prairie, TX. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the logistics of ocean freight shipments, ensuring that our supply chain operates smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage ocean export shipments from start to finish.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Prepare and review shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs paperwork.
• Monitor shipment status and proactively address any issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory levels.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding shipment updates.
• Assist in optimizing supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in ocean export.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools for logistics management.
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
