## Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts according to specifications.
Utilize CNC tooling effectively to ensure optimal performance and quality.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to minimize downtime.
Conduct precision measurements and hand metrology to verify part dimensions and tolerances.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator, specifically with Okuma machines.
Strong knowledge of CNC tooling and setup procedures.
Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve machine issues efficiently.
Proficiency in precision measurement techniques and hand metrology.
Experience operating CNC mills (3-4 axis VMC) and CNC lathes (5+ axis).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
