- Safely move materials, assemblies, and finished goods using forklifts, handcarts, conveyors, and other warehouse equipment
- Restack pallets and operate shrink wrap machines to secure inventory
- Perform light inventory tasks and maintain accurate records
- Lift and transport items up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Adhere to quality guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Utilize basic computer systems for inventory and reporting
Required Skills and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Basic computer proficiency and math skills
- Strong communication skills in English
- Comfortable working in physically demanding, noisy, and changing temperature environments
- Willingness to follow SOPs and quality processes
Preferred Skills
- Forklift operation certification or experience
- Previous material handling or warehouse experience
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
