Is This You?

• Do you read blueprints like a second language—including keyways for shaft work?
• Can you stage tooling, set offsets, and bring a CNC lathe or horizontal mill online fast?
• Do you love chasing microns and proving parts through precise inspection?
• Are you the person who keeps machines humming with smart adjustments and basic PM?

What You’ll Tackle

• Set up and operate CNC machines across drilling, milling, grinding, and turning
• Convert engineering drawings into machine-ready dimensions and setups
• Monitor production, optimize parameters, and correct deviations on the fly
• Inspect parts for accuracy, repeatability, and surface finish requirements
• Handle routine preventive maintenance to sustain uptime

Must-Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of CNC/manufacturing experience
• Proven ability to read blueprints, gauges, and keyway specifications
• Detail-driven problem solver who thrives both solo and on a team
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in a high-paced shop

Nice-to-Have

• Hands-on experience with lathes and/or horizontal mills
