The Challenge

• Can you run and monitor a rubber molding press with consistency?
• Will you inspect and trim each part so quality never slips?

• Safe, steady operation of molding equipment
• Accurate inspections and clean trimming to spec
• Clear communication and teamwork across the cell

What You’ll Need

• Reliability, a positive attitude, and a team-first approach
• Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for the shift
• Machine operation background helps; injection molding experience is an advantage—training provided for motivated learners

Pay, Perks, and Schedule

• Start at $20.00/hr plus $2.00/hr 3rd shift premium
• Potential raises in your first year and a year-end production bonus
• Weekly pay and the option for voluntary overtime
