Beast Mode Truckin seeks Class A CDL drivers, including recent CDL school graduates, to join our North Central regional operation serving Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, Illinois, and Indiana. Drivers will operate 53' dry vans in a 100% no‑touch (primarily drop‑and‑hook) environment. This role offers structured OTR training with a dedicated trainer/mentor, paid orientation and trainee pay, competitive compensation with safety incentives, and full benefits after 30 days.
Key responsibilities:
- Operate a Class A commercial vehicle to transport 53' dry van freight within designated North Central regional lanes.
- Perform 100% no‑touch deliveries (primarily drop‑and‑hook) and maintain accurate transport documentation and logs.
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and company safety and regulatory requirements, including Hours of Service and vehicle inspection procedures.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch, customers, and other stakeholders as required.
- Participate in OTR training and follow mentor/trainer guidance until released to solo operations.
Schedule and operating details:
- Operating lanes: Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana.
- Freight type: 100% no‑touch dry van (primarily drop‑and‑hook).
- Typical weekly mileage: approximately 1,600–2,000 miles (regional mileage may vary).
- Training: OTR training with a trainer/mentor for drivers with under six months’ experience (typical 4–6 weeks). Paid trainee pay during training.
- Home time: Home for the 34‑hour reset; most runs keep drivers within ~400 miles of home and drivers are often home weekly.
Compensation and benefits:
- $1,100–$1,500 weekly pay (dependent on miles and experience).
- Pay per mile: $0.56–$0.64 (based on verified experience).
- Trainee pay: $650 per week for drivers with under six months’ OTR experience (typical 4–6 week training).
- Stop pay: $15 per stop.
- Monthly safety bonus: $0.06 per mile for meeting safety and fuel‑efficiency criteria.
- Paid orientation and paid training support.

Minimum qualifications:
- Minimum age: 21 years.
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Graduation from an accredited truck driving school with a minimum of 120 hours of instruction (required for recent graduates).
- Fairly clean driving record: no major accidents, major citations, or license suspensions within the past five years.
- Not terminated from most recent employment for safety‑related reasons.
- No DUI convictions; certain felony or recent misdemeanor convictions may disqualify. All criminal offenses will be reviewed as part of the company safety assessment.
- Demonstrated stable work history consistent with industry standards (generally at least six months employment in the last year and one year in the last three years).
- Ability to pass required pre‑employment screenings, including DOT urine drug screen and hair test where required, and background checks.
