Position Description

Our client is seeking Spanish-speaking Customer Service Agents for a remote customer support role. This entry-level opportunity requires relocation to Greece, after which the role will be carried out remotely in accordance with operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers in Spanish via phone, email, and online communication channels

  • Provide accurate information related to products or services

  • Resolve customer inquiries by following established processes

  • Record customer interactions and outcomes in internal systems

  • Meet service quality standards and performance objectives

  • Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate support teams

Candidate Requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken Spanish

  • Good working knowledge of English (level B2)

  • Previous customer service experience is not required

  • Comfortable using computers and support tools

  • Clear communication skills and problem-solving ability

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Willingness to relocate and reside in Greece
