Head of Sales

About the Role

A fast-growing, AI-native B2B SaaS company in the construction technology sector is looking for a Head of Sales to lead and scale their Account Executive team. This is a pivotal leadership role with direct responsibility for ARR, pipeline, and forecast targets as the company expands internationally across DACH, the UK, and North America.

You'll have the opportunity to elevate an established sales organisation, shape go-to-market strategy alongside senior leadership, and contribute to the transformation of one of the world's largest industries.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Account Executive team with clear ownership of performance, quota attainment, and talent growth
  • Own ARR, pipeline, and forecast targets — including win rate, sales cycle, and deal size management
  • Personally drive strategic customer meetings and high-value deals alongside your leadership responsibilities
  • Evolve and embed modern sales methodology (Discovery, Value Selling, Multi-Threading, etc.) across the team
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, SDR, Customer Success, and Product to optimise the full revenue funnel
  • Scale the sales organisation across DACH and onboard new AEs for all key markets
  • Drive data-led sales management via CRM, and continuously improve processes, playbooks, and tooling

What We're Looking For

  • Required: 5–15 years of experience leading B2B SaaS sales teams or equivalent senior sales leadership experience
  • Proven track record of building and scaling ARR and pipeline in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated experience with international sales strategy and multi-region expansion (DACH, UK, North America)
  • Deep understanding of modern sales methodologies and strong coaching capability
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven sales management (forecast accuracy, conversion KPIs, sales velocity)
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset — able to create structure and process without sacrificing speed
  • Fluent in both German and English (negotiation level); experience in international markets or the construction/industrial sector is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: €100,000 – €150,000 annually
  • Visa sponsorship available for suitable candidates
  • Permanent, full-time position

Location

Based in Munich, Germany (hybrid working arrangement). The company also has a presence in North America.
