The Digital Marketing Director will own the execution and optimization of our agency's digital marketing strategy for all clients. This individual will have a background in various paid ad platforms, including but not limited to: Google Adwords, Meta social platforms, TikTok, SnapChat, and LinkedIn. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the set-up, development, launch, and reporting for all digital marketing efforts. This person can analyze data to understand how our digital strategies can be optimized and recommend new strategies based on results. While this person will specialize in digital marketing, he or she should also seek to grow into a well-rounded marketing professional and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the creation, launch, development, and reporting of all digital ad campaigns
- Understand client-specific industry benchmarks and set campaign goals
- Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure all collaborators understand the goal(s) of the campaign
- Guide the creative department in developing campaign visuals that will earn the best results
- Report on campaign performance and recommend campaign optimizations to reach client goals
- Present campaign rationale, results, and recommendations directly to the client as necessary
- Stay up to date with digital media industry trends, platform updates, and new technologies
- Push the agency forward in our digital marketing abilities and services
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in the creation and execution of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
- Deep understanding of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and all social media ad platforms
- Deep understanding of pixel-tracking, website integration, and ROI-driven results
- Familiarity with organic social media principles and best practices
- Ability to create reports and provide recommendations based on results (or lack thereof)
