Imagine Your Day at Zūm
You clock in, open your work tablet, and review the mix of preventive maintenance and unscheduled repairs queued for our commercial fleet. First up: a PM inspection with a quick test drive to validate a driver’s note about a faint vibration. Your scan tool flags a drivetrain issue—you chase the root cause, replace worn components, log parts and time on the tablet, and take a confirmatory road test. Later, you reprogram a telematics unit, adjust a braking system, and jump on a road call to get a vehicle safely back in service. Throughout the day, your bay stays orderly, your documentation precise, and every fix aligns with DOT and safety requirements.
