Aegis is collaborating with a fast-growing OEM that builds custom automation and metal fabrication machinery for high‑mix manufacturing environments. You’ll be the on‑site expert customers rely on across Georgia, North Carolina, Florida, and Tennessee—launching equipment, solving problems, and elevating uptime.
From your home base near a major Southeast airport (ideally Atlanta, Raleigh‑Durham, or Nashville), you’ll head to customer facilities—sometimes flying out Monday morning and returning late week. On site, you’ll bring new systems online, verify performance, and train operators. In between visits, you’ll provide remote support and close the loop with factory engineering to drive continuous improvement. Expect significant travel (up to ~80%) and regular overtime opportunities.
