Your impact

• Operate and monitor advanced equipment to maintain stable, efficient production.
• Execute preventive tasks and troubleshoot to keep downtime to a minimum.
• Champion safety practices and a clean, organized workspace.
• Check finished output to confirm it meets specification and quality standards.
• Coordinate with peers to meet goals and deliver on schedule.
• Capture accurate production information and alert leadership to any deviations.

How you’ll succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification welcomed).
• Demonstrated experience running production machinery or similar equipment.
• Mechanical curiosity with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read/interpret technical documentation and blueprints.
• Unwavering attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Self-directed contributor who collaborates well in a team setting.
• Ready to flex your schedule and work overtime when needed.
