CDL A School Graduate - Regional Truck Driver

Location: South Bend, Indiana — regional CDL‑A truck driver positions serving the Midwest and surrounding regions.

We are recruiting CDL‑A drivers with little or no experience to join a regional fleet operating out of South Bend. These routes provide consistent freight and mileage, regular weekly home time, competitive weekly pay, and a full benefits package effective from day one. This opportunity is suited to recent CDL graduates seeking paid training, modern equipment, and comprehensive operational support.

  • Compensation: $1,600–$1,800 per week (direct deposit every Friday). Safety and performance bonus opportunities.

  • Paid training: Fully paid three‑ to five‑week program for new graduates who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL instruction.
  • Schedule & equipment: Regional routes with regular weekly home time, primarily no‑touch dry van freight with a high proportion of drop‑and‑hook. Assigned late‑model 2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.
  • Employment type: Stable W‑2 employment with consistent freight and a driver‑focused operations team.

Minimum qualifications

  • Valid CDL‑A.
  • Completion of at least 120 hours of CDL instruction to qualify for the paid training program; prior paid driving experience is not required.
  • Satisfactory driving record and a commitment to safe driving practices.
  • Ability to meet DOT hiring requirements, including passing a DOT physical and a pre‑employment drug test.
