Remote Customer Success Associate

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Remote Customer Success Associate to join our team. This is a remote position associated with Newark, New Jersey. In this role you will be responsible for supporting clients, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their interactions with our company. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers, helping resolve questions, providing updates, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and professionally.

• Assist clients with account-related requests, updates, and general support needs
• Provide clear communication and accurate information to clients
