Lube Technician

Join a tight-knit team in a fast-moving service shop environment. You'll perform quick and accurate oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and preventative maintenance — keeping customers rolling and the shop running smoothly. This is a full-time direct hire opportunity.

Shift: 1st (Mon-Fri: 8:00 - 5:30) OT available

**Location: **Thomspon's Station, TN 37179

Pay: $18/hr to $22/hr based on experience

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Perform oil changes, fluid top-offs, and filter replacements efficiently and accurately
• Inspect belts, hoses, brakes, and tires and communicate findings to customers
• Maintain a clean, organized bay and follow all safety protocols
• Work alongside a supportive, family-oriented crew in a busy shop
• Build toward a permanent position with a reliable local employer

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Prior experience as a lube tech, quick lube, or automotive service technician preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with good communication skills
• Valid driver's license required
