Position: Warehouse Picking and Packing Technician — Madison, WI

What you’ll do

• Pick items correctly, pack them securely, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Maintain an orderly, clutter-free station to maximize efficiency.
• Inspect items to confirm quality and accuracy before sealing.
• Work closely with teammates to meet daily production goals.
• Consistently follow safety procedures and company guidelines.

Are you a fit?

• You can pass a Basic Skills Assessment.
• You understand and follow safety requirements.
• You can read and understand English.
• Warehouse/fulfillment experience is helpful but not required.
• You’re detail-oriented and accurate.
• You can lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• You communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating.
• You’re flexible and open to overtime when needed.

Pre-employment

• Ability to successfully complete a drug screen and background check

Pay, shifts, and training

Starting rates: $15.50 for 1st shift and $16.50 for 2nd shift for those with no prior experience. Training provided.

Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply; compensation may be commensurate with experience.
