📍 Location: Poway, CA

đź’˛ Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring large industrial materials are handled safely and efficiently. From transporting 20-foot pipes to supporting daily warehouse operations, you’ll help drive productivity, maintain organization, and contribute to a team committed to excellence and safety.

🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Operate forklifts to transport and position large industrial materials, including 20-foot pipes

  • Use a cherry picker to elevate materials (not the operator) as needed

  • Support daily warehouse operations in a high-volume, fast-paced setting

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

  • Follow all safety protocols when handling heavy equipment and materials

  • Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals

  • Assist in training new hires on equipment use and warehouse procedures

  • Provide professional, customer-facing interactions when required

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of recent warehouse experience

  • Comfortable working at heights up to 20 feet

  • High school diploma or GED (required)

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities

  • Professional demeanor suitable for customer-facing environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience operating forklifts and/or cherry pickers

  • Prior experience handling large industrial materials

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
