Our growing manufacturing client is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist / Programmer to join their team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on and taking ownership of projects from programming and setup through production.
Responsibilities
Program, set up, and troubleshoot CNC machines
Work with CNC mills and/or lathes
Review blueprints and customer requirements
Select tooling, fixtures, feeds, and speeds
Perform prove-outs and process improvements
Make machine offsets and program edits as needed
Support production and help resolve machining issues
Work closely with quality and manufacturing teams
Qualifications
CNC programming and setup experience
Strong machining background
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Experience with tooling, fixturing, and process troubleshooting
CAD/CAM experience is a plus
Experience with Fanuc, Haas, Okuma, Doosan, Makino, Brother, or similar controls is preferred
