CDL A School Graduate - Regional Truck Driver

Our company is recruiting CDL-A truck drivers with little or no experience to join a regional fleet based in Montgomery, Alabama. With consistent freight and mileage, these routes offer regular weekly home time, competitive weekly pay, and a full benefits package from day one. This position is intended for recent CDL graduates seeking paid training, modern equipment, and full operational support in their trucking career.

• Pay: $1,600–$1,800 per week (via direct deposit every Friday).

Paid training

• Fully paid three- to five-week program for new graduates who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL instruction.

Schedule & equipment

• Regional routes with regular weekly home time, operating from Montgomery and serving the surrounding Southeastern region.
• Primarily no-touch dry van freight with a high proportion of drop-and-hook.
• Assigned late-model 2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.

Minimum qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license.
• Completion of at least 120 hours of CDL instruction to qualify for the paid training program; prior paid driving experience is not required.
• Satisfactory driving record and a commitment to safe driving practices.
• Able to meet DOT hiring requirements, including passing a DOT physical and a pre-employment drug test.
