Join our expanding Mid‑Atlantic fleet based in Chesapeake, VA. We seek recent CDL school graduates for a paid training program designed to develop safe, confident professional drivers through mentorship and on‑road experience.

• $1,600–$1,800+ weekly

What the job looks like:

• Predictable regional routes serving the Mid‑Atlantic and Eastern seaboard
• Approximately 3,000 miles per week
• No‑touch dry van freight
• Most loads are drop‑and‑hook
• Brand‑new automatic trucks, fully loaded and assigned to each driver
• No slip seating
• 24/7 dispatch support
• Home time options: weekly or every other week

Training program:

• Paid training available for drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Work with an experienced mentor
• Focus on safe driving practices and building on‑road experience

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Must meet DOT and company hiring requirements
