Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager
(Engineering Consultant) to lead and oversee architectural and interior design
projects from inception to completion. The role requires strong leadership,
technical expertise, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time,
within scope, and in accordance with specifications and regulatory
requirements. The ideal candidate will excel in planning, coordination,
reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor
and manage building projects to ensure progress aligns with approved
designs, specifications, and timelines.
- Develop
procurement strategies and prepare detailed project schedules, including
milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
- Provide
senior management with regular project updates and comprehensive progress
reports (weekly and monthly).
- Prepare
analytical reports, including data tables, charts, and graphs to track and
communicate project performance.
- Ensure
timely project initiation and proactively address delays to maintain
schedule adherence.
- Coordinate
with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure
efficient and effective execution of all project activities.
- Supervise
and follow up on contractors and service providers to ensure quality and
compliance.
- Assist
in conducting market research, data collection, and comparative analysis
to support project planning and decision-making.
- Ensure
compliance with applicable tendering and procurement regulations and
internal policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s
degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.
- Certified
Architect/Engineering professional accreditation is required.
Experience
- Minimum
of 15 years of experience in architectural and interior design.
- At
least 8 years of proven experience in a Project Manager role.
- Demonstrated
experience in designing office spaces, employee facilities, and large
halls.
- Experience
in hotel design projects is highly desirable.
- Strong
familiarity with tendering procedures, auctions laws, and their executive
regulations.
- Proven
ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
and high-pressure environments.

report writing and documentation skills, with the ability to clearly

manage multiple tasks concurrently.
