Licensed Plumbing Field Technician (NH)

About the Role

Based in Manchester, NH, this role focuses on high-quality service, maintenance, and code-compliant installation of residential plumbing systems. You’ll serve as the on-site expert, balancing technical precision with outstanding customer communication.

Core Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair plumbing issues (leaks, blockages, equipment failures) with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and detailed system inspections to maximize reliability.
  • Install new systems and fixtures in compliance with state and local plumbing codes.
  • Deliver excellent customer care—explain findings, offer options, and resolve concerns.
  • Maintain thorough job records, including labor time, materials, and scope of work.
  • Collaborate with dispatch, parts, and fellow technicians to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
  • Adhere to and continuously update knowledge of industry best practices and safety standards.

Qualifications & Licensure

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training beneficial.
  • Minimum 3 years of plumbing service experience.
  • Active New Hampshire plumbing license or certification.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with plumbing diagnostics, tools, and safe work practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in the field and collaborate effectively with a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to accommodate flexible scheduling, including some evenings and weekends.
