Remote Customer Service / Insurance Agent

The Gainey Agency is a fast-growing, client-focused insurance agency offering flexible, remote opportunities nationwide. We specialize in life insurance and financial protection products and provide training, mentorship, and resources to support agent success. This position is 100% remote and is suitable for candidates residing in Frisco, TX or elsewhere in the United States.

Job Overview: We are seeking Customer Service / Insurance Agents to join our fully remote team. The role focuses on building relationships with clients, presenting tailored life insurance solutions, and providing ongoing policy support. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, a client-centered approach, and the ability to work independently in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Educate clients on policy options, underwriting processes, and benefits.
• Assist with basic policy servicing tasks, including endorsements, claims support, and beneficiary updates.
• Maintain accurate digital records using CRM tools.
• Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and promote retention.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training sessions.
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a background check.
• Active life insurance license preferred; candidates willing to obtain a license are encouraged to apply (guidance provided).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely in a performance-driven environment.
• Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in CRM systems, video conferencing, and digital communication tools.
• Preferred: previous experience in sales, insurance, or customer service and familiarity with CRM systems and remote outreach tools.
