We are seeking a remote Client Experience Specialist to support clients through scheduling, coordination, and service-related communication in a fast-paced remote environment. This role is suited to individuals who are organized, reliable, and enjoy working directly with people in a structured support capacity. This is a remote position adapted for Cleveland, TN. Candidates should be able to work Eastern Time hours, maintain a reliable internet connection, and have a quiet workspace suitable for remote work. Remote training will be provided.
