Seeking entry-level and experienced Regional CDL-A drivers to operate dedicated regional dry van routes. This opportunity is suitable for recent CDL-A graduates who have completed truck driving training as well as experienced drivers seeking steady, no-touch freight assignments while maintaining a professional presence on the road and with customers.
Schedule and equipment:
- Regional routes with two days home every other week.
- Late-model tractors with automatic transmissions and dry van trailers.
- 100% no-touch freight handling.
Primary responsibilities:
- Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
- Transport dry van freight on assigned regional routes, adhering to schedules and customer delivery instructions.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report defects or maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and required maintenance documentation.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and represent the employer during interactions at customer locations and on the road.
Minimum qualifications:
- Valid CDL-A license.
- Completion of a minimum of 120 hours of truck driving school within the past 12 months.
- Minimum age 21 years.
- Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements for commercial drivers.
- Ability to pass required drug screening and background checks.
- Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication.
Compensation: Estimated annual pay range: $70,000 to $80,000 USD per year.
