Beast Mode Truckin seeks dependable Class A CDL drivers, including recent CDL graduates, to operate 53' dry van trailers in the Central Great Lakes regional area. This position offers structured training, predictable routes, competitive weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits.
- Compensation: $1,000–$1,400 per week (dependent on miles/pay tier); per-mile pay $0.56–$0.64. Trainee pay: $650 per week (typical 4–6 weeks). Additional pay: $25 stop pay and $25 short-haul pay. Monthly performance bonus up to $0.06/mi for drivers exceeding 8,200 miles in a month while meeting safety and fuel-efficiency criteria.
- Benefits: Medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off after 30 days of employment.
- Average miles: Approximately 2,500 miles per week.

Minimum qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL and age 21 or older.
- Graduate of an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours).
- Fair driving record: no at-fault accidents, major violations, suspensions, or DUIs within the past 5 years.
- Not terminated from most recent employment for safety-related reasons.
- Criminal convictions within the past 5 years (felonies or misdemeanors) will affect eligibility; certain cases may be reviewed on an individual basis.
- Strong employment history: consistent work over the last 10 years with limited unemployment (no more than 6 months in the last year or 1 year in the last 3 years, excluding school or training).
- Able to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens.
