High-Level Summary

Seeking an experienced industrial Maintenance Technician to support production equipment and facility maintenance in a manufacturing environment. This person will perform preventative and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures, minimize equipment downtime, and support new equipment installations. The ideal candidate has strong industrial maintenance experience with PLC troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, fabrication, and machining.

Must-Have Qualifications

Experience

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (preferably manufacturing)
• Experience troubleshooting production equipment independently
• Preventative and predictive maintenance experience
• Experience working on production machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Comfortable working permanent 3rd shift

• Proximity switches
• Basic PLC troubleshooting
• VFD familiarity preferred

Controls

• PLC troubleshooting
• Ability to determine if issue is electrical vs. controls
• Ability to work alongside engineers or electricians if programming changes are needed

(Programming is NOT required.)

Additional Skills

• Read electrical schematics
• Read mechanical drawings/blueprints
• Use multimeter
• Strong troubleshooting ability
• CMMS experience preferred
• Document maintenance work performed
