Collaborate with the Sr. Maintenance Manager and lead a team of skilled technicians to ensure safety and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a safety-first attitude within the maintenance team.
• Lead and manage the on-shift maintenance team with a focus on innovative solutions.
• Execute comprehensive maintenance strategies, including reactive and predictive tasks.
• Promote synergy between production, quality, and warehouse functions.
• Champion skill development and mentorship among team members.
• Advocate for industry best practices.

Qualifications You'll Bring:

• Associate's Degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Hands-on experience with asset management and reliability-centered maintenance.
