The Role:
Specialized Care: Deliver expert periodontal maintenance and post-operative care for complex cases.
Clinical Collaboration: Partner directly with our specialists to ensure seamless patient transitions and cohesive treatment plans.
Patient Advocacy: Act as the bridge between specialized diagnosis and patient understanding, making complex plans accessible and actionable.
Precision Documentation: Maintain meticulous records and digital charting to support our high standards of care.
What You Bring:
Active Kentucky RDH license.
5+ years of experience (specialist experience preferred).
Exceptional communication skills and a calm, empathetic chairside manner.
Proficiency in digital radiography and modern practice management software.
