Role Snapshot
Join our Fort Worth, TX team as a CNC Fabrication Machine Technician and help us keep production precise, efficient, and safe.
A Day in the Life
- Prepare and set up equipment to run parts to specification.
- Program parts, read and interpret blueprints, and execute in-process quality checks.
- Support finishing operations (drilling, tapping, deburring) to meet final requirements.
- Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on production equipment.
- Partner with Purchasing and Shipping to organize, label, and verify material counts.
- Keep your area audit-ready with 5S habits and assist with additional tasks as directed by Supervision.
Shift & Pay
Shift Hours: 2nd Shift; 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $25.00 with a shift differential
Core Qualifications
- English language proficiency: able to read, write, speak, and comprehend work instructions.
- Physical capability to reach, grasp, lift up to 75 lbs, and push/pull/slide heavy materials.
- Excellent hand–arm coordination for safe, accurate part handling.
- Ability to stoop, bend, and squat as tasks require.
- Mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills; enthusiasm for operating industrial machinery.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Skill in reading engineering drawings and electrical/mechanical schematics.
- Prior experience as a foreman or warehouse trainer.
Technical Proficiency
- Proficient in blueprint reading.
