CDL A Regional Driver Trainee
365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates and newly licensed drivers in Tuscaloosa, AL for a paid 4- to 6-week mentor program that leads to solo regional driving. Route details:
- Begin with a paid mentor program focused on safe, professional driving skills
- Transition into solo regional assignments after successful completion of training

- Adhere to DOT regulations, company policies, and hours-of-service requirements
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate professionally with mentors, dispatch, and customers
Qualifications:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Graduate of an accredited CDL school
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Able to meet DOT physical requirements and complete required pre-employment screenings
- Safety-first mindset, reliability, coachability, and professional communication
- No prior over-the-road experience required
