Structural Welder, Stage & Rigging Fabrication

Can you read a print, grab a tape, and build it right the first time?

We’re a theatrical equipment manufacturer looking for a Structural Welder who loves turning drawings into durable, production-ready parts.

What you’ll do

• Translate blueprints and work orders into precise cuts, drilled holes, and clean assemblies.
• Operate shop tools and machinery safely to fabricate components to spec.
• Weld and fit structures and pieces used in professional stage environments.

• Background in metal fabrication with confidence using a full range of shop equipment.
• Solid welding skills for consistent, reliable joints.
• Comfortable and accurate with blueprint reading and tape measure reading.

Compensation & schedule

• Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 an hour DOE
• Shift: Days 700AM-330PM
