Production Materials Coordinator (Kitting & Packout)

At PDS Tech Commercial, we’re teaming up with a leading manufacturer in Richardson, TX to expand our packout and kitting operations. If you’re energized by movement, precision, and teamwork—and want room to grow—this might be your next step.

Your mission

• Stage the right raw materials in the right place at the right time for production and shipping
• Guard inventory integrity with accurate counts, clear labeling, proper rotation, and shelf-life tracking
• Evaluate returned materials—sort, inspect, and validate warranty eligibility
• Document every receipt and issue with accurate, timely inventory transactions
• Assemble, configure, and package upgrade kits ready for delivery

Schedule and pay

• $19/hr (1st shift), $20.90/hr (2nd shift), $21.85/hr (3rd shift)
• Standard schedules with OT available:
  • 7:00am – 3:30pm (Mon–Fri)
  • 3:00pm – 11:30pm (Mon–Fri)
  • 11:00pm – 7:30am (Sun–Thurs)

Must-haves

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required and will have to be verified (copy must be provided).
• Comfort standing, moving materials, and repeating tasks in a manufacturing setting
• 6–12+ months of material handling experience preferred; we’ll train motivated learners
