10-4 Logistics USA is seeking experienced CDL-A Truck Drivers for solo flatbed and step-deck truck driving positions. This opportunity is designed for qualified Truck Drivers seeking strong weekly earnings, consistent miles, quality equipment, and no forced dispatch.

• Average weekly earnings: $2,400–$3,000
• Top earning potential: More than $100,000 per year for high-performing Truck Drivers
• Pay rate: $0.85 per mile
• Weekly mileage: Approximately 2,400–3,200 miles
• Dispatch: No forced dispatch
• Position type: Solo Truck Driver
• Trailer types: Flatbed and step deck
• Equipment: Fully equipped 2022–2026 Freightliner Cascadia and Volvo VNL trucks
• Orientation travel: Paid travel to the orientation site

As a CDL-A Truck Driver, you will operate company equipment and transport freight using flatbed or step-deck trailers. Truck Drivers are expected to operate safely, comply with applicable transportation regulations, and maintain accurate records while completing assigned routes.

Minimum qualifications:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
• At least 8 months of recent, verifiable flatbed or step-deck trailer experience within the past 18 months
• Ability to meet applicable Department of Transportation and company requirements
