Regional CDL-A Truck Driver - Home Weekly Reset

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring CDL-A regional drivers for its Northeast fleet based in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. This position offers consistent weekly home time, mileage-based pay, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Drivers typically operate throughout the Northeast, from northern North Carolina to Maine and west to eastern Ohio, with scheduled home time on Saturdays and Sundays.

Position highlights:

• $4,000 sign-on bonus
• $0.80–$0.85 per mile
• Home every Saturday and Sunday for a 34-hour reset
• Average of 1,500 miles per week, depending on available hours and freight
• Average length of haul of approximately 400 miles
• Performance bonus of up to 3 cents per mile based on safety, mileage, and productivity
• Additional compensation for stops, detention, and Long Island deliveries
• 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth tractors

Additional pay includes $20 for the first stop, $35 for the second stop, $50 for the third stop and each subsequent stop, $65 for Long Island deliveries, and $12.50 per hour in detention pay after two hours.

Lane details:

Drivers handle a mix of live loads and preloaded trailers across the Northeast regional network. The operating area generally extends from Virginia to Maine, with typical freight moving from northern North Carolina to Maine and west to eastern Ohio. Occasional routes outside the primary operating area may be assigned to help maximize miles while maintaining weekly reset time.

Drivers who choose to remain on the road instead of returning home for their weekly reset may be able to run additional weekend freight for extra miles and pay. Willingness to drive in New York City is preferred but not required.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A commercial driver’s license
• At least three months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• Ability to meet applicable U.S. Department of Transportation safety and medical requirements
• Willingness to handle live loads and preloaded trailer freight
