Industrial Pipe Shop Operator, Cutting & Threading

Work Schedule: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday - Friday

What you will do

• Operate rotary chop saws, band saws, threaders, and grooving machines (Victaulic, Pace, Mercury) to cut, thread, groove, and assemble pipe.
• Build threaded rod assemblies: cut, grind, and install hanger devices to specification.
• Move, stage, and load pipe safely using carts, forklifts, and material-handling equipment.
• Package finished goods using pneumatic banders and staple guns to prepare shipments.
• Keep a tidy, safe work area and follow all safety standards, training, and company procedures.
• Partner with fabrication leadership to meet daily shop targets and customer needs.
• Tackle additional tasks as required to support branch and customer success.

What you need to bring

• At least 3 years in a production multitask environment under time constraints.
• Welding background is a plus; ability to become certified.
• Comfort with basic arithmetic (whole numbers and decimals) and reading a tape measure in inches.
