Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on blow molding machines and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
- Conduct inspections and diagnostics to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of blow molding processes and machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
