Haas, DMG Mori, Okuma, Doosan, Hurco, Makino, Mori Seiki, Nakamura-Tome, Index, Hwacheon, Gildemeister, Puma, Tsugami, Star CNC, Citizen.
What will you be machining?
Aerospace-grade materials including aluminum, stainless, titanium, and Inconel—requiring sharp understanding of tooling, speeds/feeds, and precision measurement.
Can you...
- Set up and operate CNC mills or lathes in a high-precision aerospace environment?
- Interpret complex blueprints and GD&T quickly and accurately?
- Hold tight tolerances and complete in-process inspections with confidence?
- Tweak tool offsets and make minor program edits to optimize results?
- Balance quality and throughput to keep schedules on track?
You have
- Experience in CNC milling and/or turning
- Hands-on background with aerospace alloys (aluminum, stainless, titanium, Inconel, etc.)
- Proficiency with tooling choices, cutting parameters, and metrology tools
- A self-directed work style and consistent craftsmanship
