Remote Customer Success Associate

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented remote Customer Success Associate to join our team and support clients in the Nashville, Tennessee area. In this role you will be responsible for supporting clients, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their interactions with the company. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers, helping resolve questions, providing updates, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and professionally.

• Assist clients with account-related requests, updates, and general support needs
• Provide clear communication and accurate information to clients
