Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive production schedules based on customer orders and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with various departments, including production, procurement, and logistics, to ensure alignment on scheduling needs.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in demand or capacity.
• Analyze data to identify trends and make informed decisions to improve scheduling efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to keep everyone informed of schedule changes and updates.
• Utilize scheduling software to create and maintain accurate schedules and reports.
• Identify potential bottlenecks in the production process and propose solutions to mitigate them.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scheduling processes and overall productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in scheduling or production planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
