A day in the life
Mechanic
Morning diagnostics on a digger derrick. Midday hydraulic repair on a bucket truck. Afternoon PM inspections to ready a crane for a night outage. You’ll dive into diesel, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems daily—ensuring uptime for customers who can’t afford downtime.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and repair complex issues on utility trucks and specialized equipment
- Execute hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical work to OEM standards
- Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to maximize reliability
Service Writer / Admin
You’re the hub of the shop—owning the flow of information from check-in to invoice. You translate technician findings into clear repair orders and keep customers in the loop.
- Create and manage repair orders; communicate status updates with customers
- Schedule shop/field work and coordinate with parts and technicians
- Support billing and warranty documentation with accuracy and speed
Parts Associate
Right part, right place, right time. You anticipate technician needs and keep inventory tight so jobs never stall.
- Source and order components; receive and stock with precision
- Maintain inventory accuracy and vendor relationships
- Support the floor with timely parts pulls and returns
Equipment you’ll touch
- Bucket trucks, cranes, digger derricks, dump trucks
- Hydraulics, electrical diagnostics, PTO systems
- Cummins, Freightliner, Peterbilt, Ford, Mack, RAM, and more

What you bring
- 3+ years of related experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license required; CDL a plus
- Strong teamwork mindset with a safety-first approach
