What you'll tackle
Set up and operate diverse production machinery in line with specifications and work orders.
Track part quality and throughput; adjust parameters to sustain accuracy and efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance and diagnose issues to keep equipment online.
Document output and maintain clear, complete production records.
Uphold safety standards and a spotless, organized workspace.
Team up with peers to meet production commitments.
Support training initiatives for new operators as needed.
What makes you effective here
High school diploma/GED; additional technical training strongly preferred.
Proven success in a machine operator or equivalent manufacturing position.
Solid mechanical instincts and troubleshooting skills.
Comfortable reading and applying blueprints and technical specs.
Quality-first mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Collaborative communicator who contributes to team success.
Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime when required.
