Your impact
- Diagnose and repair electrical/electronic systems using schematics, test instruments, and PLCs.
- Install, maintain, and operate electrical equipment to support continuous operations.
- Pitch in with production teams when operating support is needed.
- Work solo with minimal supervision or as part of a maintenance crew.
- Navigate multiple plant areas and conditions (hot, cold, wet, greasy, noisy).
- Use standard and specialized tools, mobile equipment, pendant and overhead cranes, and forklifts.
Schedule & environment
- 8–12 hour shifts on days or nights
- Includes weekends and holidays
- Overtime as required
- Strict adherence to safety procedures; company-provided PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective clothing, and metatarsal boots)
What it takes
- Minimum 1 year of industrial/manufacturing experience (military experience counts) or equivalent education in one or more: industrial electronics; motors/controls; electrical power and schematics/print reading; computers and PLCs; electronics; AC/DC theory; power; test instruments/instrumentation; electrical maintenance; commercial construction/installation.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Dependable, punctual, and self-directed.
- Pass required assessment test(s).
