Class A CDL Truck Driver - CDL Graduates Welcome

Beast Mode Truckin seeks Class A CDL drivers, including recent graduates, to operate company‑provided 53' dry vans on dedicated Mid East / Eastern Seaboard regional lanes. This role offers paid orientation and training plus a benefits package after 30 days.

• Compensation & benefits
  • $1,200–$1,400 per week (depending on miles and experience)
  • Mileage pay: $0.55–$0.65 per mile
  • Trainee pay: $650+ per week during 4–6 week OTR training (for drivers with <6 months’ experience)
  • $15 per stop pay
  • Safety bonus up to $0.06 per mile
  • Paid orientation (1 day) — $300
  • Medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off available after 30 days
• Schedule & mileage
  • Dedicated Mid East / Eastern Seaboard regional lanes
  • Primarily no‑touch dry van freight (drop‑and‑hook)
  • Average 1,800–2,500 miles per week, depending on route
  • Typically weekly home time; some schedules 12 days out / 2 days home
  • Day or night shifts as assigned
• Key responsibilities
  • Safely operate 53' dry van tractors on assigned routes
  • Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and basic vehicle care
  • Maintain accurate ELD or paper logs and comply with Hours‑of‑Service and federal regulations
  • Follow company safety procedures and participate in required training
• Minimum qualifications
  • Valid Class A CDL; minimum age 21
  • Graduation from an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours); recent graduates encouraged
  • Reasonably clean driving record (no major accidents or major violations within the past five years)
  • Able to pass pre‑employment urine and hair drug screens and required background checks
  • Must meet company safety and background standards; certain convictions or safety‑related terminations may disqualify
• Training & support
  • Paid OTR training with a trainer for drivers with <6 months’ experience (typically 4–6 weeks)
  • Structured onboarding and ongoing safety coaching
