This hybrid role offers flexibility to work locally while also attending training and mentorship sessions at our Mobile district office. Responsibilities

• Assist Spanish Fort-area families and businesses with Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial coverage.

• Participate in University of Farmers® training and district-led mentorship in Mobile.

• Grow your client base through outreach in the Spanish Fort community.

• Provide ongoing service and support to customers.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain or maintain Alabama insurance licenses (P&C and Life/Health).

• Prior sales or business experience preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Motivation to grow into leadership and ownership opportunities.
