What You’ll Do

• Hang and rack parts for powder coating
• Perform proper surface preparation (cleaning, masking, inspection)
• Apply powder coating using spray equipment
• Monitor oven temperatures and curing cycles
• Inspect finished parts for coverage, thickness, and cosmetic quality
• Perform touch-ups and rework when necessary
• Maintain clean spray booth and work area (5S standards)
• Follow all PPE and safety requirements

What You Bring

Education & Experience

• Previous powder coating or industrial finishing experience preferred
• Ability to use related equipment
• Strong attention to detail and finish quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and team-oriented mindset

Pay Range

A reasonable estimate of the salary pay range for this role is $18- $20 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
