Founder Associate Intern

About the role

Join a fast-moving AI startup on the founding team’s talent strategy. You’ll work directly with the founders to connect exceptional early-career talent with career-defining opportunities at high-potential startups.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with the founding team to identify and engage candidates who fit the company’s growth goals.
• Proactively manage end-to-end outreach, screening, and coordination with candidates and hiring partners.
• Help design and optimize candidate experience, processes, and feedback loops.
• Participate in ongoing projects to improve talent acquisition workflows and candidate conversions.
• Maintain rigorous documentation and progress updates for stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Open to living and working in a founder-led, fast-paced environment (SF hacker-house culture).
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience delivering results in startup, consulting, or other high-velocity settings with ownership of initiatives.
• Willingness to commit to an intensive schedule and high-intensity collaboration.
• Demonstrated outstanding personal or academic achievements (e.g., strong GPA, notable projects, active portfolio).
• Past internship experience (at least a few months) in fast-paced environments like startups, sales, or VC-backed teams.
